Atwan of Prawns
Ingredients
300 gms Prawns (please remove the shells)
2 tbsp Cooking Oil
2 medium Onions chopped fine
1" piece of Ginger
6-8 flakes garlic (diced fine)
3 Green chilies
1 tbsp Tamarind juice
1 tbsp East Indian Bottle Masala
1tsp Salt (to taste)
(Optional - 1 medium sized tomato)

Method
Heat cooking oil in a  pan or cooking vessel . Add the garlic, ginger and chilies and cook lightly. Then add the onions and cook until translucent.

Then add 1tbsp bottle masala to the mix and fry for a sometime (feel free to add more for more spice)

Add the prawns and fry till they turn light pink. Add around 1/4 cup water water and salt to taste and cook for another 15 mins/till the prawns are done, on a medium flame.

*If you need a thicker gravy then add one medium sized tomato, diced, after cooking the onions. Cook until the tomato turns pulpy. Then follow the rest of the process.
