Tuna Fish Cutlets

Ingredients
2 cans tuna (around 400gms)
1 chopped onion fine
3 Green chilies (add more for spice)
5 flakes garlic
1" pc ginger
1 ½ tsp cumin seeds
1 cup chopped coriander
¼ tsp turmeric
1tbsp Lime juice
2 slices of bread (white or whole wheat)
Salt & pepper to taste

Method
1. Drain the water from the tuna fish cans. Remove tuna and break it down in a bowl.
2. In a pan add 1tbsp oil. To this add the cumin sees, the green chilies onions, ginger and garlic.
3. Fry for around 10mins until onions are soft .
4. Cool the pan mix and then add it to the tuna.
5. Now soak the slices of bread in water and then squeeze the bread till all the water drains out.
6. Crumble the bread into the mixture in the bowl.
7. Take the mixture and form balls or flatten them to your liking.

P.S - You can add tomatoes to this as well. Just take care to fry them well to avoid water seeping out whilst frying.  This can result in the cutlets breaking up in the frying process.
